Syrian bulgur recipe
Burgal in Syrian tomato attended by wheat powder "Bulgur" cooked with tomato and spices, a very popular and less expensive dish of rice that most often mediates Arab tables.
Prep time:25 minutes.
Ingredients
- 1⁄4 cup olive oil
- Medium size and chopped onion beadGram very mature tomato, peeled and chopped, with an amount of tomato juice
- Coarse burger cup, soaked with water, then dried
- And 1⁄2 teaspoon miscellaneous condiment powder
- 1⁄4 teaspoon black pepper powder
- 1⁄2 glass of boiling water
- Heat olive oil in a bowl over medium heat, add the onion and fry until soft and half transparent, for about 5 minutes.
- Add the bowl of tomato and tomato juice, with bulgur, problem spices, cinnamon, and black pepper.
- Fry the whole mix until the bulgur is dipped in spices and the mixture has aromatized, for about 10 minutes.
- Add boiling water, cover the bowl and let the ingredients boil completely with water.
- Bring the medium heat to a boil 15 minutes, then lower the heat and cook until the water is completely evaporated and the burger is cooked, for 20-25 minutes, served warm.
